What You’ll Be Doing

We’re looking for a mid-level Business Systems & Compliance Administrator to support and maintain our core business applications - primarily Jira and Costpoint.

This is a hybrid role combining hands-on system administration, user support and cross-functional collaboration, along with ownership of system and compliance documentation. You’ll work directly with internal stakeholders to keep systems running smoothly, resolve issues and maintain organized, audit-ready documentation in a fast-paced, security-conscious environment. This role reports to the Head of Information Technology.

What Your Day to Day Is

  • Administer and support Jira and ERP systems
  • Manage and resolve user tickets across multiple business applications
  • Configure Jira workflows, permissions and system settings
  • Assist with ERP user access and basic issue resolution
  • Partner with teams to gather requirements and support system functionality
  • Ensure data integrity, system performance and adherence to security best practices
  • Document processes, maintain system and compliance documentation, and provide user training
  • Support CMMC compliance efforts by maintaining documentation, tracking changes and ensuring alignment with controls
  • Own and organize system security documentation, policies and procedures across IT systems
  • Track system and configuration changes (Jira, ERP and related systems) and ensure proper documentation for compliance purposes
  • Partner with IT and security leadership to support audit readiness and evidence collection
  • Help maintain a structured, up-to-date repository of policies, SOPs, diagrams and related documentation

What You’ll Have

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction is required. The company is unable to provide sponsorship for this position.
  • 2+ years of experience in systems or application administration
  • Strong hands-on experience with Jira
  • Experience supporting ERP systems (Costpoint preferred, but similar experience accepted)
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and manage tickets in a support environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business users
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and maintain structured documentation
  • Experience working in or supporting compliance frameworks (CMMC, NIST 800-171, ISO, etc.) is a plus

How You’ll Stand Out

  • SQL, SSRS and/or Power BI experience
  • Exposure to integrations or light scripting
  • Experience in regulated or compliance-conscious environments
  • Familiarity with CMMC, NIST 800-171 or similar frameworks
  • Experience supporting audits or maintaining compliance documentation
