What You’ll Do

  • Manage HTN, CHF, CAD, lipid disorders
  • Adjust meds using clear protocols (less second-guessing)
  • Order labs, imaging, follow-ups
  • Document cleanly in EMR (no after-hours charting)
  • Coordinate with cardiologists and care teams
  • Own patient panel outcomes day-to-day

Must-Haves

  • Active NP license in MD or PA, or willing to obtain
  • 2+ years cardiology experience
  • Complete 4–6 weeks onsite training in MD or PA
  • Comfortable leading independent telehealth visits
