Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations of multiple locations, ensuring adherence to company procedures and safety standards.
- Performance Management: Analyze KPIs (sales, efficiency, cycle time) to identify, address, and correct negative business trends using SMART Action Plans.
- Financial & Revenue Management: Develop, manage, and exceed top-line sales goals, manage budgets, and maximize profitability.
- Relationship Management: Develop local and regional referral networks to drive volume.
- Team Development: Coach, mentor, and hold center managers accountable for staff performance, including hiring and training.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all locations maintain high-quality repair standards and comply with OEM procedures.
- DRP (Direct Repair Program) management.
- Managing collision repair processes and materials.
- Recruiting, hiring, and termination.
Requirements
Qualifications- Experience: 3–5+ years in collision repair management, specifically in a supervisory or multi-site role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and in-depth knowledge of collision repair processes.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with estimating systems, insurance procedures, and industry regulations.
