As a Commercial Banker in the Multinational Corporations group, you will be the focal point of client acquisition and ongoing relationships. Multinational bankers work closely with product partners, Corporate Client Banking, Global Corporate Banking, and Core Banking, therefore our ideal candidate exhibits a strong interest in cross border businesses, cultural sensitivity, a commitment to teamwork and partnership, and exceptional work ethic and attention to detail.Â

The Multinational Corporation team within the Commercial and Specialized Industries space manages J.P. Morgan's overall relationships with North American subsidiaries of large corporations headquartered outside the United States, to solve problems for clients and help them to grow. We help our clients meet their objectives and challenges in automation, risk management, working capital, and cash management.Â

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and SkillsÂ
- Seven + years direct lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationshipsÂ
- Understanding of Commercial Banking products and servicesÂ
- Ability to mobilize internal networks and resourcesÂ
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goalsÂ
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesÂ
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; able to effectively communicate clearly and conciselyÂ
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partnersÂ

- Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training preferredÂ
- Sales management, business development skills, proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationshipsÂ
- Strong creative solution, problem solving abilities, flexible to changing business priorities and ability to multitaskÂ
- Excellent business judgment, strategic thinking, self-directed, proactive and creativeÂ
