- Lead resolution of complex contractual issues that may impact deal progression or customer commitments.

- Ensure critical business priorities receive timely attention and support.

Optimize Processes and Systems
- Lead continuous improvement efforts across contract lifecycle management processes, systems, and controls.
- Partner with business stakeholders and system administrators to maximize value from CLM platforms, Salesforce, Agiloft, and related technologies.
- Identify automation opportunities that improve compliance, productivity, visibility, and user experience.
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, reporting tools, and process documentation that support decision-making and operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in contract management, commercial operations, legal operations, deal desk, or related business functions.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience with demonstrated success developing and leading high-performing teams.
- Experience managing complex commercial agreements and cross-functional business processes.
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, governance, compliance, negotiation support, and risk management practices.
- Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with CLM platforms such as Agiloft or similar contract management technologies.
- Experience supporting SaaS, software, healthcare technology, professional services, or enterprise solution organizations.
- Project Management, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar operational excellence certification.
- Knowledge of revenue recognition practices, commercial operations workflows, and approval governance structures.
- Demonstrated experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
