Scott Electric has a current opening at our Crafton, PA branch for a Customer Service Representative 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Accommodate customer needs in times of high call volumes
• Basic math and computer skills
• Customer service driven
• Possess good communication & interpersonal skills
  

Requirements:

• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Previous customer service experience
• Maintain composure in all situations while remaining focused and paying attention to detail
  
• Able to adjust to changes and problem solve
• Work independently or as a team

Must submit a background check and drug testing
