You will report to the Business Manager and work with other accountants in an onsite office environment. This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday 8:00-5:00 with some overtime during month end close.

Location: 4500 Brooktree Road Ste 305Wexford, PA 15090

Compensation Range: The full salary range for this position is $35,000-55,000 annually. The anticipated starting pay for this role is $20-25, based on factors such as skills, experience, and internal equity. The interview process and applicable pay equity and transparency laws will determine final compensation.

What You'll Do

• General ledger Posting of New & Used Car Deals
• Schedule reviews and maintenance
• Account Coding vendor invoice
• Accounting for manufacturer monies
• RDR & Rebate Reconciliations
• Other responsibilities as assigned

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years Auto industry experience
• 2+ years prior accounting experience or Accounting Degree
• Customer service orientation and team collaboration
• Basic accounting knowledge (e.g., COA, debits/credits)
• Build relationships with external teams
