DMV Title Specialist-Pittsburgh, PA (Full Time)
Responsible for the day-to-day processing of title and registrations applications and paperwork. Interact with CarShop associates and customers in a manner consistent with CarShop values and culture and address any and all concerns related to titles and registration. Maintain a current status of all titles and registrations and maintain and clean the schedule of sales tax due to various states.
What will you do?
- Secure marketable titles for all company owned inventory. Address all inter-agency and interstate issues which may arise.
- Handle all communications and concerns related to titles and registrations whether internal or external customer.
- Maintain current understanding of rules and compliance with all state requirements which affect our business.
- Submit eligible, non-auction acquired, and vehicle information to the controller for floor planning.
- Maintain and clean the schedule of sales tax due to the various states.
- Responsible for CSI as it relates to job responsibilities.
What skills do you bring?
- Experience in acquiring, managing and disbursing titles and registrations in accordance with the objectives in the annual plan.
- Previous experience in handling state rejections and other title and registration problems in accordance with the objectives in the annual plan.
- Exemplifies high ethical standard and integrity. Does not cut corners. Remains consistent in terms of what one says and does in terms of behavior towards others. Keeps commitments and operates within the guidelines while demonstrating flexibility.

Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent. Two to three years' administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Warranty Administrator experience in an automotive dealership.
