About the Role:

Join the dynamic team at Ritual House as a Food Runner, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about food and service.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently deliver food and beverages from the Expo Line to our Guests Tables.
Ensure accuracy of orders and presentation before serving.
Assist servers in maintaining a smooth flow of service.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
Support the team in preparing dining areas for service.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Must be at least 18 years old.
