As a Grill Cold Cook, you’ll prepare, cook, and serve a variety of grilled and cold food items while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and customer service.
Your day may include:
- Preparing fresh food for cafeteria guests and patient meal trays
- Providing friendly, attentive service
- Staying active in a fast‑paced kitchen environment (lifting 5–25 lbs)
- Supporting operations through restocking, prep work, temperature checks, and cleaning
Schedule: Full‑time, 40 hrs/week • Every other weekend & holidays • Shifts between 5:00 AM–8:30 PM
What You’ll Do:
- Prep, cook, and serve menu items
- Label, date, and complete temperature documentation
- Deliver excellent service to guests, patients, and staff
- Restock stations and assist with next‑day preparation
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned
