Tapville Social Guest Ambassadors make the first impression and set the tone for a simple, hassle-free guest experience.

Answer phones within two rings, answering questions and taking reservations in a friendly and efficient manner

Manage waitlist and prepare seating assignments prior to service

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and escort them to their table

Thank and re-invite departing guests

Ensure guests receive Tapville's Five-Star guest experience; follow up on any issues and complaints to maximize guest
satisfaction

Execute role-specific Tapville Social brand operating procedures

Organize, stock, and clean station

Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures
Qualifications
Skill Requirements

Hard-working, team player

Good communication skills

Capable of performing calmly and effectively under pressure

ServSafe Management, Allergen, and Basset certification
Physical Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old

Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays

Able to stand for up to 10 hours per day

Able to exert fast-paced mobility to accomplish tasks. Bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms and hands above shoulder height
frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment.

Ability to work within the following conditions: wet floors, temperature extremes, and loud noise

Maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
