NEW Restaurant OPENING on North Shore | Pittsburgh, PA

We are openingpening soon on the North Shore and we’re looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead the back-of-house team for our high-energy chicken, donuts, ice cream, and full-bar concept.


This is not your typical fast-casual restaurant. It blends chef driven made from scratch fried chicken, donuts, creative sides, and a fun late-night atmosphere. We’re building a team that moves fast, cares about quality, and takes pride in creating an unforgettable guest experience. 



What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage daily kitchen operations
• Hire, train, and develop BOH team members
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and speed of service
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, and product pars
• Control food cost and minimize waste
• Work closely with ownership and leadership to execute systems and standards
• Maintain a positive, high-energy kitchen culture


What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of kitchen leadership experience (Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef)
• Experience in high-volume kitchens
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Passion for great food and team development
