Laborer

Join a 4th generation business that has been family-owned for over 120 years!  We began as a mineral-exploration drilling company in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania in 1900, and have adapted with the times to become a manufacturer, in addition to the drilling side of the business.  Our McKees Rocks (Pittsburgh) manufacturing location has a need for a General Laborer.

In this role, you will:

• Operate forklifts, crane hoists, and other equipment
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment as required.
•  Moving pipe using correct lifting techniques.
• Operate hand tools and other equipment.
• Maintain company equipment and tools.
• Label and binding of finished product

You may also: 

• Work band saw , when qualified.
• Other duties, as assigned to meet business and customer needs.

The ideal candidate has:

• High school diploma or GED preferred. 
• Prior experience in warehouse is beneficial but not required.
• Need a problem-solving mentality and ability to work productively as part of a team
• Mechanical ability to do minor repairs.
• OSHA 40 certified is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures.

• Must be trustworthy and dependable and possess sound mechanical and interpersonal skills.
