We are seeking a full-time Line Cook to join our team at Poulet Bleu, an American bistro in Lawrenceville.
The position requires availability from Tuesday through Saturday, starting at 2 PM until close.

Poulet Bleu is an American bistro in the heart of Lawrenceville that focues on refined French dishes in an elegant setting.

Requirements:
-Availability Tuesday through Saturday 2PM - close.
-Previous high volume, fine dining experience
-Love of good food and drink
-Team player, proactive, and willing to learn
