Maintenance Personnel needed to cover Fox Chapel and Monroeville locations (possibly others as needed)

Requirements

Maintenance Job Duties include:

Maintain GS property(s) for cleanliness and general housekeeping
Landscaping: grass cutting, mulching, hedge trimming, snow removal etc.
Ensure all equipment on property is in working condition
Other duties as assigned

Maintenance Job Requirements

At least 1 year of property maintenance experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to work well with people
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to move throughout the property to which assigned and the ability to climb stairs
Ability to life moderate to heavy objects (up to 100lbs)
Must have a valid Driver’s License and willing to travel within the area
