Position Overview
The ARM Institute is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Communications team. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Communications, this role supports ARM Institute's strategic marketing and communications initiatives by developing engaging content, coordinating outreach activities, and ensuring brand consistency across digital and print communications.

Working closely with internal teams, members, partners, and external stakeholders, the Marketing Coordinator develops marketing materials, manages digital assets, coordinates communication campaigns, and supports events that advance ARM Institute's mission and strengthen engagement across the advanced manufacturing community. This role is ideal for a collaborative professional with strong communication skills, creativity, and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities
  • Create engaging written and visual marketing materials, including emails, newsletters, presentations, one-pagers, social media content, and promotional collateral using Canva and other approved software.
  • Coordinate social media activities by creating graphics, scheduling content, maintaining the content calendar, and monitoring industry and member news for relevant opportunities.
  • Proofread and edit marketing and communications materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, proper grammar, formatting, and adherence to ARM Institute's brand standards.
  • Coordinate the distribution of marketing communications through email marketing platforms, Salesforce, and other communication tools while maintaining accurate mailing lists.
  • Support the planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, meetings, webinars, and organizational events through the preparation of marketing materials, branded giveaways, and promotional assets.
  • Maintain organized libraries of digital and printed marketing assets, including presentations, images, videos, templates, and collateral to ensure materials remain current and accessible.
  • Assist with maintaining member and prospect information within Salesforce and other organizational systems to support communications and member engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support marketing campaigns, organizational initiatives, and strategic communications projects.
  • Monitor project timelines and coordinate multiple marketing initiatives while meeting established deadlines.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen ARM Institute's communications, branding, and member engagement.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, Public Relations, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field. Relevant internships or project experience may be considered.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Canva and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong written, proofreading, editing, organizational, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • U.S. citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar CRM and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and developing digital marketing content.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) and basic digital analytics.
  • Experience supporting conferences, trade shows, webinars, or organizational events.
  • Interest in advanced manufacturing, robotics, workforce development, or technology-focused organizations.
