Medical Assistant- Pittsburgh, PA

Join IMA's team as a Medical Assistant supporting providers with non-diagnostic medical evaluations. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced clinic environment, and is eager to grow their clinical and administrative skills.

 

Schedule & Pay

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
  • Starting at $20.00/hour

What You'll Do

  • Support providers during patient intake and evaluations
  • Record vital signs, medical histories, and health data
  • Perform clinical tasks including blood draws, EKGs, and screenings
  • Assist with charting, documentation, and front-desk coordination
  • Keep exam rooms and equipment clean, stocked, and ready
  • Guide patients clearly through the evaluation process

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent (MA training/certification preferred)
  • Clinical or healthcare experience a plus
  • Comfortable with phlebotomy and EKGs, or willing to train
  • Strong communicator with a patient-first mindset
  • Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented
