This role involves conducting data analysis, defining key performance indicators, identifying areas for process optimization, and ensuring effective communication of business needs across teams.

Requirements

Proficiency in Business Analysis, including gathering and documenting business requirements
Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and identifying trends or insights.
Strong expertise in Cisco Products.
Experience with Business Processes, including process optimization and improvement
Effective Communication skills to liaise between technical teams and stakeholders
Understanding of project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall is beneficial
Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment
Experience in relevant industries is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred
