This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems before they become problems, enjoys variety in their workday, and takes pride in creating a well-run, welcoming environment.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring the workplace is organized, stocked, and running efficiently
  • Manage vendor relationships (cleaning, maintenance, catering, office supplies, IT support, etc.) and negotiate contracts as needed
  • Coordinate daily lunch orders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities issues, coordinating repairs and maintenance
  • Support onboarding for new hires (workspace setup, equipment, badges/access, welcome materials)
  • Manage office budget, track expenses, and process invoices
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and team activities
  • Handle incoming mail, packages, and front-desk/reception duties as needed
  • Maintain office policies and procedures, and help ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Support P&C and leadership with administrative tasks (scheduling, travel arrangements, filing)
  • Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
  • Help with new office planning, buildout and move

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or a related role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and general comfort with office software
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information
  • A friendly, approachable demeanor — you're often the first face people see

Nice to Have:
