Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to assist the fabrication team manufacturing of architectural metal wall panels and related components. This role ensures crews perform high quality work safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications, drawings, and schedules. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule work based on production orders, deadlines, and material availability.

• Oversee operation of shears, brakes, roll formers, CNC equipment, saws, welders, and other shop machinery.

• Ensure fabricated parts meet dimensional accuracy, tolerances, and quality standards.

• Monitor material inventory.
• Train and guide shop employees in fabrication techniques and equipment use.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and enforce OSHA safety standards.
• Implement continuous improvement processes for efficiency and waste reduction.
• Review and interpret shop drawings, panel schedules, and fabrication lists.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of fabrication experience.
• Experience supervising or leading a production team.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Basic computer skills for production software, ERP systems, or digital cut lists.
• Ability to lift materials and work on your feet throughout the day.
