Realty Services Development ProgramĀ associates will spend one year gainingĀ a strong foundationĀ through on-the-job learning,Ā coachingĀ and mentoring and formal learning programs.Ā Associates will rotate throughĀ three toĀ four of theĀ followingĀ Ā areas,Ā each lasting threeĀ to fourĀ months.Ā Rotations are based on businessĀ needĀ andĀ skillset.Ā Ā

The Corporate Workplace groupĀ is responsible forĀ the portfolio-wide spaceĀ utilizationĀ strategy focusing on long-termĀ objectives, execution and implementation of approvedĀ strategyĀ and tactical planning decisions.Ā
Design and ConstructionĀ
TheĀ Design &Ā ConstructionĀ Ā teamĀ is responsible forĀ all construction projects such as renovation and new work that is undertaken at all PNCĀ major buildings, retail branches,Ā and affiliate buildings. This group directs the activities of design professionals, general contractors, construction managers, internal serviceĀ partnersĀ and other vendors.Ā
OperationsĀ
The Operations groupĀ is responsible forĀ day-to-day management of facilities and mechanical support. The teamĀ is responsible forĀ property and project management, building safety, disaster remediation, workĀ ordersĀ and asset preservation. Ā Additionally, sub-teams include Guest Services, ADA/Compliance, as well as Mechanical,Ā EngineeringĀ and Plumbing (MEP).Ā Ā

RealtyĀ Services'Ā Project Management Office (PMO) ensures successful delivery of real estate initiatives across the organization.Ā
Real Estate DevelopmentĀ
Realty Services' Real Estate Development team leadsĀ the site selection and acquisition of newĀ branchĀ real estate.Ā
Risk and GovernanceĀ
Risk and Governance isĀ a centralized team that isĀ comprisedĀ of several sub-segments servicing key Realty Services needs whileĀ maintainingĀ a moderate risk profile. Sub-segmentsĀ include:Ā Ā RiskĀ & Compliance, Vendor Management, Procurement, Project Financials, Environmental Services, Energy & Sustainability, and Enterprise Real Estate Project Management.Ā Ā
TransactionsĀ
The TransactionsĀ specializesĀ in portfolio management, siteĀ selection, contract negotiation, disposition, acquisition, payments, lease audit, reconciliation,Ā abstractionĀ and leasing. They manage all building and land transactions for owned and leased retail and major building properties where PNC serves as both tenant and landlord.āÆThe Realty Services Development ProgramĀ is located inĀ Pittsburgh.Ā Ā
