As a Recruiting Manager within PNC's Talent Acquisitions and Outreach organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Dallas, TX; East Brunswick, NJ; Denver, CO; Birmingham, AL.


Leads the development and execution of a scalable, data-driven technology recruiting strategy to deliver high-quality talent in a highly competitive market. Partners consultatively with business leaders to anticipate workforce needs and design innovative recruiting solutions, with a strong focus on advancing sourcing capabilities through creative, non-traditional strategies and proactive talent pipelining.

Drives continuous improvement across recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience by leveraging market intelligence, analytics, and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled platforms. Ensures consistent, high-quality talent delivery through disciplined execution, operational excellence, and alignment to business priorities.

Ideal candidates bring proven talent acquisition leadership experience with a track record of delivering results through innovative recruiting strategies. Experience supporting Technology talent is preferred. Strong PowerPoint, process design, and executive presentation skills are highly valued.

Job Description

  • Manages a team of recruiters who identify, recruit, select and place qualified candidates in one or more business units and for roles of all levels of complexity. Develops and implements strategic recruitment and employment programs.
  • Manages the day-to-day execution of the Talent Acquisition function.  Identifies continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives to improve and streamline processes and the candidate experience.  Participates in cross functional project teams as assigned.
  • Develops and leads high-performing recruiters through the application of PNC's leadership standards and the management of key performance metrics, policies and procedures.
  • Leads the consultation with business partners and team members on recruiting strategies for specific roles.  Uses data while partnering  with business and HR management  to ensure the timely understanding of current and future workforce needs while implementing improvements to staffing processes, including sourcing and selection.
  • Implements recruiting best and standard practices including the utilization of new and emerging technologies. Coaches others on the selection and usage of recruiting tools.

Base Salary: $65,000.00 – $151,800.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
