About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Electrician with a strong background in new home wiring. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who can take ownership in the field, lead installations, and work closely with our Project Manager to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of both traditional residential electrical work and the rapidly growing renewable energy sector. While experience in solar and battery systems is not required, the right candidate must be open to learning—we will provide training.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead residential new construction wiring projects from rough-in through trim-out
  • Read and interpret blueprints and electrical plans
  • Coordinate daily activities with the Project Manager
  • Ensure work is completed on time and within budget
  • Maintain compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC)
  • Supervise and support crew members as needed
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in the field
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site


 

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Proven experience in new home residential wiring (required)
  • Strong knowledge of the NEC
  • Ability to work independently and lead projects in the field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Must have own tools
  • Willingness to learn solar and battery storage systems (training provided)
