Residential Sales Support Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Residential Sales Support Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Residential Department and outside sales team. Reporting directly to the Residential Sales Manager, this role ensures departmental systems, processes, and company standards are followed and properly documented. The position requires sound judgment, strong organizational skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations of the Residential Department

  • Provide administrative support to inside and outside sales staff

  • Assist with dealer programs, customer service initiatives, and process documentation

  • Coordinate scheduling of meetings, events, and outside appointments

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to company procedures

  • Monitor work quality and ensure timely completion of tasks

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree optional

  • Minimum 3 years of office/administrative experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Strong typing, organizational, follow-up, and listening skills

  • Flexible schedule, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass background check
