What will you do?
- The successful candidate will coordinate with the Sales Department to prioritize and manage the delivery of sold vehicles each day.
- He/She will gain familiarity with all processes and paperwork necessary to complete a vehicle sales transaction.
- The Sales & Finance Assistant must be able to explain delivery paperwork to customers and is to answer all questions from them including the availability, cost, and benefit of aftermarket products.
- The successful candidate will introduce customers to the services provided by our Service Department and go over the operational features of the vehicle that is being delivered.

- Some customer service experience
- Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug testing, and hold a valid driver's license with a good driving history.
- Able to establish personal sales and income goals and implement a plan of action to achieve goals
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively communicate via face-to-face, phone, or by other means of communication.
- Able to effectively promote the value and benefits of products and services using multiple communications methods, adjusting communication style as required
- Ability to understand, keeps abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that impact retail automotive sales
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to process data and organize it for management analysis.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to understand and follow work rules and procedures.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
