Schedule the same as students flexible with nights, weekends, holidays & summers off Competitive base pay ($17.45 to $20.50 depending on experience) $1,500 sign on bonus  $10 daily Safety & Attendance bonus and $400 annual bonus eligibility Opportunity for additional routes/pay for school activity & trip assignments Company paid Life Insurance ($15,000) & Employee Assistance Plan Dental and Vision plans available on a voluntary basis 401K Plan with Company Match How Do I Start? You must have a valid Driver License for at least 2 years You must have a satisfactory driving history (based on review of state records) You must have a satisfactory criminal history and pass child abuse history checks You must take and pass initial and routine driver physical You must participate in and pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing programs throughout employment.
