Wesco is seeking an experienced professional with a background in sales support, order management, and warehouse operations. Proficient in Unified Sales Desk, accurate order entry, and cross-functional coordination to ensure efficient processing from order placement through fulfillment.

Skilled in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and IBM Sterling for inventory control, order tracking, and supply chain visibility. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, consistently meeting performance and service-level goals.

Responsibilities:

Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends.
Strong understanding of cloud virtualization, storage, and networking.
Understanding of cloud governance technologies for cost management and control.
Understanding of common database technologies such as SQL Database/Server, Oracle, MySQL.
Deep technical experience in enterprise mobile, identity, and access control, & security solutions.
Working knowledge with AGILE development, SCRUM
Solid understanding of modern DevOps practices, including automation, continuous delivery, continuous deployment, and continuous integration methodologies.
Deep understanding of cloud-based Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery practices and strong verbal and written communication and ability to drive discovery and solutioning sessions with customers.
5 years of project experience designing and delivering cloud solutions on an enterprise scale.
Strong oral and written communication skills including presentation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong team leadership and/or project management experience with multiple simultaneous initiatives
Strategic planning experience that adapts to communication between technical and business stakeholders
Ability to identify and build a standard set of KPIs based on business and technical input from multiple sources

Qualifications:

Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. Preferred Certification: Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
Cloud & DevOps Expertise: Over 5 years of experience in cloud computing (Azure-focused), including large-scale implementations, migrations, CI/CD, and disaster recovery automation. Skilled in Azure DevOps and equivalent tools (GoCD, Jenkins, Sonar, Nexus), including Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, GitHub Actions, and IaC using Terraform.
Software Engineering & Architecture: 5+ years of experience with VSTS, ASP.NET MVC, C#, SQL, JavaScript, Entity Framework, and architecting complex Microsoft platforms (Azure, AD, Exchange, Lync, O365).
Cloud Technologies & Tools: Deep knowledge of Compute, Storage, Databases, API Management, Managed Apps, FaaS, and container platforms like AKS/EKS. Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, ServiceNow, Mobile Web toolkits, and Kubernetes.
Agile Practices & Automation: Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies, continuous integration/deployment, test automation, and solution documentation/design.
Security & Compliance: Strong understanding of IT compliance and risk management including security, privacy, PCI, PII, SOC-2.

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.

For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
