• Ensure customer satisfaction and promote food and drink offers
• Manage staff and report to upper management
• Maintain stocks and keep the restaurant clean
• Demonstrate customer focus, teamwork, integrity, positive attitude, organization, and decision-making abilities
• Input financial data into the computer.
