🎯 What You’ll Do

• As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be the steady presence that keeps the shift running smoothly — and the positive energy that keeps the team motivated. You’ll:
• Lead each shift with confidence, clarity, and consistency
• Set the tone on the floor — calm, upbeat, and solution-focused
• Work side-by-side with your team to hit service, sales, and quality goals
• Delegate tasks thoughtfully so everyone knows their role
• Keep the shop clean, stocked, and running efficiently
• Handle guest questions or concerns with professionalism and warmth
• Ensure food safety, cash handling, and operational standards are always met
• Support training and help newer team members feel confident and capable
• Communicate clearly with management about what’s working and what needs attention
• Be the connector — bridging leadership expectations with the day-to-day energy of the team
