Sales Representative - Structural Metals Location: Pittsburgh, PA (office-based with required travel)

We combine long-standing industry expertise with forward-looking innovation to deliver dependable service and build strong partnerships with customers, vendors, and teammates.

We're seeking a motivated, self-directed; Sales Representative to grow existing accounts and develop new business across the region. This is a results-oriented, hands-on role that manages the full sales cycle-from quoting through shipment-working closely with credit, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams.

 

What you'll do

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle: prepare quotes, coordinate orders, track shipments, and resolve post-sale issues.
  • Prospect and develop new accounts to expand the territory.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with current customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel regularly within the territory; based out of the Triad sales office on Neville Island, PA.

 

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Strong client relationship skills, and problem-solving ability.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight timelines.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
