We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Third Party Application Engineering to join our People Hub team. This role is located in Pittsburgh.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:Â
We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Core HR Consultant with strong expertise in end-to-end configuration and Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities.Â
The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in Core HR configuration, extensibility frameworks, and data management tools, along with Oracle certification.Â
This role will support implementation, enhancements, and ongoing optimization of Oracle HCM solutions.
- Lead end-to-end configuration of Oracle HCM Core HR modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements
- Configure and maintain workforce structures (legal entities, business units, departments, jobs, positions)Â
- Design and implement Journeys (Oracle Journeys/Guided Journeys) to enhance employee experience
- Configure and manage DFF (Descriptive Flexfields), EFF (Extensible Flexfields), and KFF (Key Flexfields)
- Perform data migration, data loads, and maintenance using HDL and HSDLÂ
- Develop and maintain reports using OTBI for business and HR stakeholdersÂ
- Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, and IT to ensure seamless delivery.
- Participate in quarterly releases, testing, and impact analysisÂ
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (mandatory)
- Strong experience in:Â
- Oracle Core HR configuration
- Journeys and employee lifecycle processes
- Flexfields (DFF, EFF, KFF)
- HDL / HSDL data load processes
- OTBI reporting

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:Â
- Basic knowledge or exposure to: HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, Advanced OTBI / BI reporting
- Understanding of integrations and data flows within Oracle HCM
- Exposure to Oracle AI Agents / Redwood / AI-driven features is a strong advantageÂ
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global delivery environment
- Experience supporting global HR implementations
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery models
- Experience with other Oracle HCM modules (Absence, Talent, Payroll)

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The expected base salary for this position when employment commences can be found in the Job Info section at the bottom of the posting.Â
Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Eligible employees also may receive other benefits (including various paid time off benefits, such as vacation and sick time), dependent on the position offered.
