We’re seeking a future team member for the role of VP, Program & Project Management to join our Global Payments & Trade team. This role is part of Client Program Office team, where we manage execution of complex and high revenue client deals. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead a broad range of project planning and management activities to ensure initiatives are executed effectively and delivered on time.
- Manage end-to-end project management responsibilities for medium-to high-complexity initiatives, including project planning, reporting, scope management, issue and risk identification and tracking, stakeholder coordination, and project documentation.
- Develop clear, concise, and executive-ready materials that translate complex information and data into meaningful insights for senior management and key stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, proactively identify and escalate issues or risks, and recommend practical solutions to support informed decision-making.
- Partner across functions and business groups to facilitate execution, drive alignment, and ensure coordinated delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Build strong working relationships with senior leaders, stakeholders, and partner teams, and operate effectively in environments that require influence, sound judgment, and executive presence.
- Support long-term strategic planning and business process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, strengthen execution, and improve the overall stakeholder experience.
- Drive control and coordination across projects and initiatives, enlisting support from senior managers and team members as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Maintain awareness of industry best practices and identify opportunities to apply them in support of stronger project delivery and business outcomes.
- Contribute to the achievement of team objectives through disciplined execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent combination of education and experience, in business management or a related field required.
- 7–10+ years of relevant work experience in project management preferred.
- Proven experience planning and managing large programs consisting of multiple sub-projects and cross-functional workstreams.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior management and stakeholders, including communicating complex topics clearly, influencing across groups, and presenting with confidence to leadership audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility, navigate competing priorities, and maintain alignment across a broad set of partners.
- Knowledge of Global Payments & Trade products and services, including cash management, liquidity, trade finance, and electronic banking/channels, is a plus.
- PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
