Job Summary
The Senior IT Applications Developer will serve as a member of the IT Applications team. The IT Applications team is responsible for all aspects (e.g., development, maintenance, customization, and configuration) of internal business applications such as ERP (Epicor). The Sr. IT Applications Developer will be responsible for working with various stakeholders and using business, technical, and communication skills to address application-related issues and deliver effective solutions.
Essential Functions
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and develop effective solutions.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Design, develop, test, and validate ERP-related applications and customizations.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Write SQL queries and reports to extract and manipulate data from multiple relational databases.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain technical documentation and source control related to application design and implementation.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop and coordinate schedules; ensure support tickets are processed and triaged according to SLA.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Facilitate effective communication between team members, functional users, and other IT departments.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide feedback and recommendations for process and product improvements to the department manager. Serve as a technical mentor and advisor for the Epicor ERP application.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Work closely with IT Applications team members and the department manager to meet team objectives, deadlines, and maintain high-quality development standards.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field or a combination of equivalent education and experience required
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 5+ years of experience working with relational databases, ERP systems (such as Epicor), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (e.g., Siemens OpCenter) required
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proven success as a technical lead in ERP implementations or development
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects effectively
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with .NET framework, C#, Java, JavaScript, or similar technologies
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with Epicor ERP preferred
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with Azure Data Factory preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proficiency with SQL Server databases.

The annual salary for this position is:
$115,000.00 to $145,000.00Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Details of ZOLL's comprehensive benefits plans can be found at www.zollbenefits.com.
