SUMMARY: 

Provides administrative and operational support for IT service delivery, including asset and inventory management, mobile device administration, and equipment procurement. Ensure IT resources are effectively managed and delivered to meet business needs while maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze and manage IT inventory levels to support current operations. 
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including receipt, assignment, transfer, recovery, and disposal. 
  • Administer corporate mobile devices, including ordering, provisioning, distribution, upgrades, deactivation, and returns. 
  • Coordinate procurement, deployment, and replacement of printers and multifunction devices. 
  • Work with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding equipment orders, deliveries, and returns. 
  • Prepare inventory, asset utilization, and service-related. 
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities related to IT equipment and services. 
  • Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • This position does not directly supervise any employees.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred. 
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, asset management, procurement, or related administrative role.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience using asset management, ERP, ticketing, and inventory management systems preferred.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors and internal customers preferred.
