Bartenders at the Gateway Clipper Fleet must have at least 2 years of experience. Extensive knowledge of a variety of drinks. Having an engaging personality is important as we strive to serve our guests with a positive experience at every visit to the bar.

Responsibilities 

• Follow Bar opening and closing guidelines 
• Maintain accurate cash drawer
• Recognize dangerous / problematic behavior  and report it to a manager
• Follow RAMP protocols 
• Always ensure cleanliness of bar area
• Provide guests with a positive and pleasant experience with every interaction

Job Requirements:

• Atleast 18 years old
• Lift up to 25  lbs. 
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Demonstrate extensive mixology knowledge and skills
• Follow manager instructions
• Must have experience with POS systems
• Organization and time management skills
• Communication skills- Team Player, Customer Oriented
• Sales skills- Upselling, suggestive selling
