  • This position is for the academic year, not to include summer.
  • IT Support Services Assistant provides telephone, email, and walk-in IT support assistance for students, faculty, and staff of the Chatham University community. The IT Support Services Assistant helps in the various areas of IT support including Microsoft products, printing and device support, Windows OS, Mac OSX, iPhone, Android, and other software and hardware issues. Students create and manage tickets using Chatham’s ITS ticketing system, Teamdynamix(TDX).
  • Other duties include classroom/office technology checks including inventory, general upkeep/cleaning, and A/V equipment set up and tear down.

All current student employees should notify their other manager(s) if you work multiple jobs on campus at the same time. Additionally, students may not work more than 20 hours per week (combined between all campus jobs) during the academic year. Students may not exceed 980 work hours per calendar year.

Student jobs do not automatically roll over to the next academic year or summer.
