As a Sr Field Service Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage our Field Service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers. You will develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations, driving customer satisfaction and business growth. You will report directly to our Sr Field Service Manager. Must reside in within 75-100 miles of Pittsburgh, PA Branch office (230 Vista Park Drive, Pittsburgh, PA). Â This position will support Clients/Staff covering Western PA and West VA.Â

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the Field Service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical guidance and support to field service technicians.
- Relocation support may be provided.
- Effectively track Key Business & Financial Metrics such as Customer Retention, Profitability, Revenue Growth and Utilization.
- Due to the nature of this discipline, on occasion, maybe required to work off-hours, on weekends, and/or holidays.
- Company vehicle will be provided.
- Travel: up to 25%.
- Relocation support may be provided.
