Position Purpose:Â

As a Residential Support Specialist, you’ll be a vital part of that mission—providing compassionate, person-centered care in a supportive home environment.Â
What You’ll DoÂ
Personalized Support: Develop and implement individualized care plans that reflect each resident’s unique needs, goals, and preferences.Â
Daily Living Assistance: Help residents with essential daily tasks such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication administration, and household responsibilities—encouraging independence every step of the way.Â
Behavioral Support: Collaborate with the care team to implement positive behavioral strategies, creating a calm and respectful living environment.Â
Community Engagement: Organize and participate in recreational outings, social events, and community activities to foster inclusion and connection.Â
Team Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals, therapists, and fellow support staff to ensure a holistic, coordinated approach to care. Share observations and updates to support each resident’s progress.Â

Minimum QualificationsÂ
High School Diploma or equivalentÂ
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive an agency vehicleÂ
Reliable transportation for local travelÂ
Ability to pass Act 33/34/73 clearancesÂ
Pre-employment drug screening, physical exam, and TB testÂ
Completion of Department of Public Welfare Medication Training within 90 days of hireÂ

Monday - 2:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Tuesday - 2:30 pm -10:00 pm
Wednesday - Off
Thursday - Off
Friday - 2:30 pm-10:00 pm
