Warehouse Associate

Overview

Pay: $18-22/hr.

Location: East Pittsburgh, PA (15239)

What You'll Be Doing:Warehouse Support & Operations 

• Assist with day‑to‑day warehouse activities including receiving, organizing, staging, and distributing parts and equipment
• Pick and prepare materials for field technicians accurately and on time
• Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and stocked for efficient operations

Inventory Assistance

• Maintain accurate inventory levels, using tools like ServiceTitan to monitor and replenish stock 
• Oversee inventory control processes such as cycle counts and product tracking 
• Use Excel and reporting tools to analyze inventory trends and improve operations 

Safety and Organization

• Follow warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Safely handle, store, and move materials and equipment
• Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)

Supplier & Documentation Support

• Assist with checking in deliveries and verifying shipments
• Help organize paperwork and support basic documentation as needed

What You'll Bring to the Team:

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industry a plus, but not required)
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the workday
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
