Job DetailsJob Location: 100 Dan Fox Drive - Pittsfield, MA 01201Salary Range: $35.00 - $54.00 CommissionFitness Instructor / Personal Trainer / Pilates Instructor / (Part-Time, Commission-Based)  Bousquet Sport – Pittsfield, MA  Pay: Commission-based ($35+/hour equivalent) About the Role Bousquet Sport is seeking energetic, professional Fitness Instructors, Pilates Instructors, and Personal Trainers to join our team. This is a part-time, commission-based role designed for individuals who are passionate about both delivering high-quality instruction and growing their personal training business. Group classes are a key driver of member engagement and serve as a primary pathway for building your client base. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in both group and one-on-one settings. What You’ll Do Lead Group Fitness &/or Pilates Classes Deliver safe, engaging, and results-driven classes for all levels Create a welcoming, high-energy, and inclusive environment Build strong relationships with class participants Grow Your Personal Training Business Conduct high-quality personal training sessions Build and maintain an active client base Convert class participants into ongoing clients Maintain consistent communication and follow-up Enhance the Member Experience Engage with members on the fitness floor and in classes Foster a strong sense of community and connection Support member retention through positive interactions Collaborate with the Team Work closely with the Fitness & Pilates Program Coordinator Participate in team meetings, trainings, and programming initiatives Contribute to a positive, accountable team environment QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For Certified in personal training, group fitness, and/or Pilates (nationally recognized certification preferred) CPR certified (or ability to obtain within 60 days) Prior experience in fitness instruction or personal training preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to build your own client base Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed Success in This Role Looks Like High engagement and attendance in your classes Growth and retention of personal training clients Strong member relationships and positive feedback Ability to convert participants into long-term clients Why Join Bousquet Sport Opportunity to grow your personal training and/or Pilates business Access to an engaged and active membership base Supportive, team-oriented environment Be part of a growing, community-focused club Physical Requirements Ability to be active and on your feet for extended periods Ability to demonstrate exercises and assist members as needed Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 40 lbs) Strong visual and auditory awareness in an active fitness environment Additional Information This job description is intended to describe the general nature of the role and may be adjusted as business needs evolve.
