Speech Language Pathologist / SLP / ST (Full-time Split)

A Full-Time split Speech Language Pathologist (CFY or CCC SLP) position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab departments located in Pittsfield & Lenox, MA.  Both wonderful buildings with great rehab directors and rehab teams!  

Berkshire Place is a 5-star rated sub-acute/skilled nursing facility located right in the heart of the beautiful Berkshires in Pittsfield, MA. The facility features 54 light-filled private rooms each with a private full bathroom. Facility offers short-term, long-term, and outpatient rehab services in our spacious state-of-the art gym featuring a full practice kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and walk-in-shower, and a separate private therapy room for one-on-one treatment. The rehabilitation department here truly functions as a supportive team to promote best outcomes and patient success. Facility has a fantastic reputation in the community and has been a keystone in Berkshire County since 1888!

Mt. Carmel Care Center is a quaint 5 star skilled nursing facility located in the Beautiful Berkshires. This 69 bed Faith Based Facility offers OT, PT and ST to the geriatric population. We see a mix of ST and LT care patients with great outcomes. Scheduling allows for flexible and accommodating hours. • Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Speech Language Pathologist license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours
• Must have SNF experience.
