Entry Level Maintenance Aide - Heather Heights

Help fix the little things while making a big difference!

 

Become an addition to our Maintenance team! We are looking for a Full Time or Part Time maintenance aide to help keep repairs low and spirits high. Our maintenance team will maintain our facility and keep it looking nice. 

 

Recent increase in starting rates from $18 - $21 an hour with weekend differentials of $2 more an hour. 

 

Job Duties:

 

 

1. Building/Grounds Upkeep

1. Maintains the facility grounds and building exteriors on a daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis.
2. Repairs or replaces defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and resemble equipment.
3. Performs routine preventative maintenance to resident rooms to ensure everything is in proper working order.
4. Assists in moving materials, supplies, equipment, etc.

 

2. Equipment Upkeep

1. Performs routine preventive maintenance on laundry equipment, heating and air conditioning units, ice machines, fire extinguishers, fire/smoke alarms, lawn sprinklers, lawn equipment, and plumbing are performed as required by the manufacturer and in accordance with the warranty specifications.
2. Ensures maintenance duties are performed according to manufacturer specifications and local Health department regulations.

 

 

 

Requirements:

1. High School diploma or GED
2. Valid Driver’s License
3. Ability and willingness to provide exceptional customer service.
4. The ability to meet minimum physical requirements to perform job duties.
5. Exceptional customer service skills.
6. The ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

Schedule

Full Time or Part time

8am - 4:30pm and weekend availability.
