Overtime paid for hours worked over 40/week

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Production / Assembly Associate, you will:

Assemble window and door components using hand and power tools
Work on a manufacturing/production line to meet daily goals
Use measuring tools (tape measure) to ensure accurate builds
Maintain quality standards and inspect finished product
Follow safety procedures and company processes
Cross-train in different departments as needed

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking reliable team members with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

1+ year of assembly, manufacturing, or production experience (preferred)
Comfortable using hand tools (cordless drills, screw guns, etc.)
Ability to read a tape measure
Quality-focused mindset
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Dependable transportation and strong attendance

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours/day)
Manual dexterity to operate hand and power tools
Ability to work overtime when required

Basic Qualifications

Ability to read and measure to 1/16-inch intervals
Ability to operate tools such as screwdrivers, saws, knives, pneumatic tools, and battery-powered screw guns
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
Ability to meet attendance and punctuality expectations
