Wage:$24.93/hr. base Â

During the 90-day probationary period, training may include all 3 shifts. Monday - Friday with weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. There is no guarantee of 40 hours a week. One week plant shut-down each year.Â

1st Shift Times: 5:15am - 1:45pmÂ
2nd Shift Times: 1:15pm - 9:45pm (extra $1.25/hr.)Â
3rd Shift Times: 9:15 PM - 5:45 AM (extra $1.35/hr.)Â

Required Qualifications & Experiences:Â
18 years or olderÂ
6+ months of manufacturing experience Â
Forklift Experience and/or CertificationÂ
Â
Preferred Qualifications & Experiences:Â
High School Diploma or GEDÂ
Self-Reliant and able to accurately work under limited supervisionÂ
Able to trouble shoot mechanical problemsÂ
Communicates work order progress to supervisor and production operatorsÂ
Customer focused and able to work in a collaborative teamÂ
Ability to be flexible in work performed and scheduleÂ
Knowledge of various pieces of high-tech manufacturing processing and packaging equipment. Examples include but not limited to baggers, palletizers and cookers.Â
Self-reliant and able to accurately work under limited supervisionÂ
Ensures a safe working environment while performing assigned tasksÂ
Customer focused and able to work in a collaborative teamÂ
Ability to be flexible in work performed and scheduleÂ

Physical Requirements for production positions regularly include:Â
Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movementsÂ
Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipmentÂ
Working across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include work in environments where dust is presentÂ
Shift schedules that include days, nights, and weekends, some holidays and periodic overtimeÂ
