We're looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Account Coordinator to support our service operations team. This role serves as a key connection between customers, technicians, vendors, and internal departments to ensure service requests, documentation, and customer communications are handled efficiently and accurately.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests
  • Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, vendors, and internal departments
  • Process work orders, purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation
  • Maintain accurate customer records and account information
  • Support invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable activities
  • Monitor service activity and assist with reporting and tracking metrics
  • Assist with administrative projects and operational support tasks
  • Help ensure a positive customer experience through timely communication and follow-up

Work Arrangement: 

  • Primarily Remote (Transitioning to Hybrid)
  • Initial training may include occasional in-person meetings
  • Expected to transition to a hybrid schedule of approximately three in-office days per week once a permanent office location is established

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative, customer service, account coordination, or related experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a service-based, construction, industrial, environmental, or field service industry
  • Experience with invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable processes
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience
