Fulfillment Training Coordinator - Night Shift

Pay: $21.00/hr plus $2.50/hr shift differential - with the opportunity for performance-based pay increases at 6 months and 1 year

Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00pm-7:00am, with overtime as required including Friday and Saturday

Location: 700 Airtech Parkway, Plainfield, IN 46168

Job Type: full-time, permanent, eligible for benefits

 Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and assign daily order fulfillment activities
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments
• Communicate with internal team regarding order status and delays
• Coordinate and direct trainers on daily training needs and follow up
• Monitor the team’s work to ensure orders meet all quality standards before shipment

 What You Bring:

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience - required
• Previous forklift experience - preferred
• Understanding of warehouse operations, safety regulations, and inventory management
• Proven problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout duration of 8 to 10-hour shift
