Underground Solutions, Inc. is looking for a Laborer / Installation Technician. Underground Solutions (UGS) is one of the most dynamic and fastest growing companies in the water infrastructure and electrical conduit market with a portfolio of proprietary and patented technologies targeting water and wastewater infrastructure improvement and undergrounding of electrical conduit. UGS is a subsidiary of Azuria Water Solutions.

Work effectively with supervisors and peers in the successful rehabilitation and repair of a variety of sewer and storm water lines
Assist in initial setup and cleanup of job sites which would include lifting, carrying, and pulling items 50+lbs in weight
Review entry and work permits; and assists in the review of pre and post installation videos
Enter manhole, confined space, and pipeline for internal joint installation
Wear respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces
Follow all safety procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma or equivalent
1+ year experience working in an outdoor construction environment, preferably with water or sewer utilities
Ability to wear respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces
Must be able to travel, as much as 90% as needed, with little notice
Ability to work overtime, nights, weekends as needed
Ability to walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, crouch, bend, reach, kneel, crawl and stretch
Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; as well as talk and hear without visual cues
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs., as needed
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to listen and comprehend instructions accurately to learn Weko's products, processes, safety procedures, installation techniques and equipment use
