Job Description:
Under the direction of the Division Manager or designee, the Operations Administrator provides administrative assistance to Regional Manager, Division Manager, and other divisional staff, including typing, filing, scanning, copying, and file maintenance. Essential functions include:
- Researching and coordinating customer complaints through the CAF system.
- Acting as insurance liaison for bargained-for and admin personnel.
- Coordinating bargained-for uniform allotments.
- Serving as backup support for Payroll and assisting Safety as needed.
- Performing other duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications
Education:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
Experience:
Must have three (3) or more years of progressively responsible administrative experience in an Administrative role with a good work history.
Proficiencies:
Must demonstrate strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Must exhibit strong typing skills including speed and accuracy.
Must exhibit excellent organizational and math skills, above average verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Physical Requirements:
This role requires sitting for extended periods, and typing on a computer; Be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
Work Environment:
Work is performed in an office setting, with standard office equipment, including a computer, phone, and desk space. This position is not eligible for hybrid schedule or telecommuting.
Salary
Full Salary Range: $40,983-$84,068
Salary Midpoint: $62,526
Anticipated Starting Salary: $51,574-$73,297
