JOB SUMMARY
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve daily targets and maintain high-performance standards.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily activities like shipping, receiving, and inventory control to ensureaccuracy.
- Workflow Coordination: Plan and prioritize workloads for team members to meet customer demand anddeadlines.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct audits, and ensure a clean, organized workenvironment.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, such as stock discrepancies or logisticsbottlenecks.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
Proven experience as a warehouse team lead, supervisor, or in a similar role.
Leadership:
Strong ability to lead, delegate, and manage staff.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written skills for coordinating with team members andmanagement.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, WMS) andproficiency in using warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts).
Organization:
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Requires frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping.
- Requires lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling of various items of varying weight.
- Requires work from heights of up to 20 feet from floor.
- Requires work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures.
