RAB Lighting is seeking an experienced, results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, develop a high-performing team, and drive overall site performance. This highly visible leadership role is responsible for all warehousing activities, personnel, and operational excellence.

We're looking for a leader who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. The right candidate will drive accountability, develop their team, and create a culture focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

Own and oversee warehouse operations, ensuring performance goals are met across safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
Supervise, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates while setting clear expectations and driving accountability for safety, quality, and productivity.
Drive a culture where employees consistently exceed customer expectations in quality, delivery, and service.
Ensure accurate inventory management through cycle counts, audits, and inventory control best practices.
Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures that improve consistency and efficiency.
Optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and operational processes to maximize productivity.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Enforce all company safety policies and warehouse regulations, ensuring a safe work environment for every employee.
Resolve operational issues quickly while maintaining high service levels.
Manage departmental budgets and support cost-control initiatives.
Maintain compliance with all company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of warehouse experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
A proven leader who motivates teams, develops employees, and builds accountability.
A hands-on manager who balances operational leadership with team development and knows when to step in to help drive results.
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of warehouse safety standards, OSHA regulations, and best practices.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
Experience managing budgets and controlling operational costs.
Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
